Appellant Gary Gray Roy was convicted by a jury of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle ("UUMV") and retaliation. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 31.07(a) (Vernon 2003), 36.06 (Vernon Supp. 2004). The jury sentenced appellant to one years confinement for the offense of UUMV and five years confinement for the retaliation offense. By four points of error, appellant challenges the factual sufficiency of the evidence supporting the UUMV conviction, the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence supporting the retaliation conviction, and the trial courts admission of hearsay testimony. We affirm.
